JMUVB Camp Cancellation Policy

Campers will pay in full when they register.  Of the full payment, $100 is non-refundable for our Position Camp, Advanced Camp and Skills Camp.  The rest of the balance can be refunded if cancellation, by email, occurs prior to June 1st.  If a camper needs to cancel after June 1st, $200 of the full payment will be non-refundable for our Position Camp, Advanced Camp and Skills Camp.  The cancellation must happen by email, prior to the start of camp.  

If an individual cannot attend due to an extenuating circumstance (e.g. medical reason allowing them not to participate, death of an immediate family member), please provide documentation to jmuvbcamp@gmail.com to receive a full refund.  

We can provide a full refund for team camp campers if a camper cancels, by email, prior to the start of camp.  

Per NCAA rules, we must follow our policy with no exceptions.
